WHO AM I? 

My name is Rachel Jackson.  

People; what they do, how they do it and why, have always fascinated me.  I love to explore the ways in which people and organisations interact.

My philosophy has grown from a slow recognition that many of the blocks I have encountered in myself, places I’ve worked and in the teams I've lead or been part of, have come down to basic flaws, distortions and deficiencies in dialogue with either myself or others. My work and my business is dedicated to building and growing these dialogues into healthy, open and productive communication through self development, understanding, respect for diversity, and increased flexibility of beliefs and capability. 

I live with my husband and two young boys in Ipswich, Suffolk and work both online and face to face across the South East with occasional sorties over to Europe or further afield.  If you're in the area and want to catch up, get in touch!
